Then we came home and cleaned up the side yard. It has always been unused and we were excited to get in there and have an area to put up a pool for the boys this summer as well as more garden space. Lots of work but lots of little hands to help!
When the boys got up from their nap we took the boys to the lake...pulled out blankets and good books and we just chilled in the back of the truck(this will become a monthly thing). John played music, I read books we sang songs and just enjoyed witnessing God's creation together. Jack was super duper hyper but it was nice that he was contained in the back of the truck:)
